Cabin Fever

James Worley hosted a Co-op Garden workshop Saturday. When James is not planting thousands of heirloom tomato seeds to supply Kansas City gardeners, incredibly, he finds the time to cultivate spring and fall crops in his impressive raised bed plots in his backyard. Having a chance to see James’ handy work up close is always a real treat.

To protect his young plants from harsh spring conditions, James covers his plants with Agribon hoops. It gives his garden a head start and provides healthy spring salads before most gardeners dare to set foot outside.

If you missed the workshop, don’t distress! James plans to hold more in the future. Meanwhile, his blog has lots of great advice for gardeners at any level of expertise.
